The hand-crafted Syrah wine is made in a Rhone style and matured in 50% new and seasoned barriques for 12-14 months. It is released not less than 3 years after bottling.

The Chardonnay is a traditional Burgundian style.
Regular lees stirring over 10 months in new and seasoned oak has produced a fine, elegant wine for those who appreciate Chardonnay with finesse.
Harbour Rosé 2011
The well-structured Syrah based Rosé is salmon pink in colour with vibrant aromas of summer red fruits and spice on the nose.
